I'm going to work with a handful of tutors to start on the journey to build a highly profitable tutoring business this month.

An 8 week course called Get Students that really delivers results.

Our goal is simple:

To get you started with your own tutoring business and fill it with the students who will bring in at least $20k this year.

I've been tutoring since 1998 and the world has changed a lot since then. We've been able to move with it and refine what is working best today.

And using that experience we've helped 100s of tutors grow faster than they thought possible.

Over the last 7 years, we've helped them build ridiculously successful tutoring businesses with huge waiting lists of students despite them doubling their prices with our guidance and systems.

More money, meaning and freedom.

We've seen these tutors use our strategies to support their young families without being absent, buy their first houses, leave their classroom and corporate stresses behind, and semi-retire without sacrificing income whilst using their passion to teach on their own terms.

The plan is simple:

Week 1:

✅ First, we'll create your Magnetic tutor brand so you stand out as the expert in your niche. This positioning is crucial to success. Using AI, we very quickly get absolute clarity on your target student demographic, design a powerful student transformation and create a winning programme and business name - SEOd and ready to perform well. This is crucial to set you up for success. [If any of that sounds like nonsensical jargon...don't worry. It will all make sense very quickly].

Week 2:

✅ It's time for the Tutor funnel setup which includes us building you a tutoring website page. This gives you an instant professional appearance and shows you to be the go-to in your field. We'll couple this with heavily SEOd social media profiles with brand consistency built in. All the image and copy are provided for you and you don't need any tech knowledge.

Week 3:

✅ Here we'll start your Content engine to get eyeballs on your offering. We'll show you how to create effective outreach without getting stuck on a content treadmill, draining your energy. We'll even give you the scripts. You might even get your first students in this phase!

Week 4:

✅ This week is where things really come to life. We create the Offer that sells itself and you learn to Price like a pro. By the end of this session you will have the perfect tutoring programme that students (and parents) simply can't say 'no' to. That means lots of people saying 'yes' instead!

Week 5:

✅ Now you have a great offer, it's time to create the Fast booking flow. A system that means you can sell to, and onboard students whilst you sleep. It also means you can collect payments, send lesson reminders, share teaching resources and anything else you want, without having to sacrifice your spare time or hire an admin assistant.

Week 6:

✅ We have the transformation, the niche, the ideal student, the funnel and the systems in place, but now we need to create Lessons they love. With this in place, your students will be buzzing after each lesson. Happy students, happy parents and easy referrals. We'll create a Student success system with measurable results that prove your programme works.

Week 7:

✅ Week seven focuses on Retention on repeat. We have the students but the business will only thrive if we know how to keep them. We'll learn how to keep them as paying customers for the long term by avoiding churn and maximising the customer lifetime value.

Week 8:

✅ The last week is all about refining the messaging, ironing out any kinks and filling those last spots. This is where we are focussed on nothing but bringing that early income into your business.

This structure ensures that you have a weekly game plan. No messing around. No getting lost or procrastinating. Laser focussed action every week with the sole intention of bringing in students to your business.

These 8 weeks will be tactical - focused on putting enough money in your bank account to more than pay for Get Students and giving you a game plan to scale up fast.

Is it just a pre-recorded course?

No!

You’ll have personal guidance from me and the Moxie team every week. Together, we'll track your progress, and celebrate every time you get a student - or refine your strategy as needed to get you there.

We run weekly workshops so you’ll have the latest strategies, tactics and tools from the best tutors in the industry.

We've got a system for everything. You'll install our lead gen, sales and delivery playbooks, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Just add your content and your personality, and have the tutoring business grow.

You’ll also have my hand guiding your strategy, and smart, capable eyes critiquing your campaigns. And if you get stuck, a quick post in the group will get you clear and moving. We make it easy to get started and achieve ROI quickly.

We are ready and waiting for you to design your game plan and guide you through the most important money-making things we're going to implement together to build your tutoring business.

The cost?

All that for just $500USD (Approx £370GBP) for the whole Get Students programme. A programme that will get you at least $20k in annual income just from the first set of students that it brings in.

We call Get Students a 'profitable addiction' - it makes you more than you spend, and the community is full of amazing humans running great tutoring businesses. It pays for itself in the first 60-days and then the students keep paying you for years to come.

And by the end of the 8 weeks if you don't have enough students to generate the income and cover the cost of Get Students, you will stay in the programme and get my personal attention until you do. It means you CANNOT FAIL!
